Launching the Campaign “People in Ho Chi Minh City do not litter on streets and canals to keep the city clean and reduce flooding”

Environmental pollution is still happening regularly and alarmingly in residential areas, construction sites, on the streets and in public places. Especially in Ho Chi Minh City where the population density is high and industrial production activities are concentrated, the issue of environmental protection becomes more and more urgent.

Pollution affects the environment.

In order to effectively implement Directive No.19-CT/TU dated October 19, 2018 of the Municipal Standing Committee on the implementation of the Campaign “People in Ho Chi Minh City do not litter on streets and canals to keep the city clean and reduce flooding”, The Management Board of Saigon Hi-tech Park encourages business owners and units in Saigon Hi-tech Park to register to carry out the following activities: “Propagandize to each employee in every enterprise and unit against littering on streets and canals, and especially against littering on the sidewalks around and outside the premises of the enterprise or unit ” through the electronic registration form at:

The consensus from businesses and units will contribute to quickly ending unsanitary conditions, environmental pollution, blockage of the drainage system on canals that adversely affecting people's lives and the image of the city.
